Single-Serve Chocolate Chip Cookie!

I'm not much of a baker, but this recipe looked too good to pass up!  I haven't tried it, yet, but you can be sure I'll be trying this out soon!  It's a single serving chocolate chip cookie!  I don't really eat baked goods in large quantities, and Cornelius doesn't either, so it doesn't really make sense to make a full batch of cookies.  However, this might just satisfy our sugar cravings!

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 drops of vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Directions

In a bowl, mix together the butter, sugars, vanilla, and egg yolk.  Then, add in the flour and salt.  Mix until is is combined, then add in the chocolate chips.  Put the dough into a small microwaveable bowl or coffee cup, and microwave for 40-60 seconds, or until the cookie looks done.

    1. I definitely will! I loved one of your recent posts on wearing lace - especially black lace! I am certainly going to be looking for a LBLD next time I go shopping!

  2. Yum, that sounds really good. I always make brownies in a mug and chocolate pudding in a mug, I'm going to add this to the list.
